Course Description:

The intent of a Builders Risk Policy is to cover either a new building or remodeling of an existing building. The policy is designed to insure the materials and supplies to be used in construction as well as the value of the building as it is being built until the project is completed. As such, these items are considered “building”. Builder’s Risk policies can cover either a new building or remodeling of an existing building.
