Course Description:
This course will focus on the manufacturing risk from the standpoint of identifying exposures that can be transferred to insurance and those that can be retained or reduced. The manufacturing risk is a very complex account. This course will look at the manufacturing risk from the standpoint of property, liability, auto, workers compensation, transportation, domestic exposures and international risk and solution. The public adjuster will better understand all of these issues and be more competent in assessing the claims value/situation to the forms provided. In discussing the coverages applicable and available on the forms discussed in class, statues and rules will be discussed, as well. Following the class, the participants will be in a better position to identify risk exposures and determine the appropriate insurance solutions.
